  1. Litigating and collecting accounts receivable and other debts owed to businesses;

  2. Litigating claims between members of LLCs for breach of their businesses’ operating agreements, the judicial dissolution of their entities, and related claims;

  3. Filing, litigating, and settling a petition to partition real estate co-owned by a decedent’s estate on behalf of the administrator for that estate;

  4. Reviving judgment liens for creditors;

  5. Reviewing, revising and providing advice regarding various business contracts and agreements;

  6. Representing businesses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in litigation regarding commercial real estate sale transactions that failed to close, including disputes over escrowed deposits;

  19. Advising a commercial property owner on documenting tenant holdover issues;

  20. Reviewing and revising a contract between a residential landlord and a prospective property manager;

  21. Advising businesses and nonprofits on contract disputes with vendors;

  22. Serving as an arbitrator for consumer claims related to defective vehicles, including claims brought under various states’ Lemon Laws and claims made under a national class action settlement agreement; and

  23. Representing consumers in a claim against a moving company for damage to their property.

This year, The Feldman Firm, LLC celebrated #GivingTuesday and the holiday season by once again making contributions to three charitable organizations. This year, the Firm has made donations to Sara’s Smiles Foundation, the Montgomery Bar Foundation, and The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc.

Sara’s Smiles (www.saras-smiles.org), based in Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania, honors the memory of Sara Kate Burke, Jeff Feldman’s niece, by brightening the spirits of pediatric cancer patients in hospitals and care facilities around the country.

The Montgomery Bar Foundation (www.montgomerybarfoundation.org) is the charitable affiliate of the Montgomery Bar Association; it supports law-related educational, charitable, and humanitarian projects throughout Montgomery County, PA.

The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, Inc. (www.naacpldf.org) is America’s premier legal organization fighting for racial justice. It works to expand democracy, eliminate disparities, and achieve racial justice in a society that fulfills the promise of equality for all Americans.

JEFFREY S. FELDMAN, ESQ. APPOINTED TO AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION’S NATIONAL ROSTER OF COMMERCIAL ARBITRATORS

The Feldman Firm, LLC is pleased to announce that its Managing Member and founder, Jeff Feldman, has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association’s national roster of commercial case arbitrators.

The American Arbitration Association® (AAA) is the nation’s leading provider of alternative dispute resolution services. The AAA’s national roster of commercial arbitrators is composed of highly accomplished arbitrators—attorneys, former state and federal court judges, and other professionals specializing in a diverse range of domestic and international areas. Disputes administered by the AAA typically arise out of contractual agreements and cover a wide range of industries and areas.
