Litigating claims between members of LLCs for breach of their businesses’ operating agreements, the judicial dissolution of their entities, and related claims;
Filing, litigating, and settling a petition to partition real estate co-owned by a decedent’s estate on behalf of the administrator for that estate;
Reviving judgment liens for creditors;
Reviewing, revising and providing advice regarding various business contracts and agreements;
